Tasting Notes
Our 2023 Rosé of Pinot Noir is a beautiful light pink color with a touch of rouge. Aromas of wild strawberry, lime peel, and layers of tropical fruit set the tone for this delightful rosé. The palate shows bright and crisp acidity, with surprising depth of flavor. It’s a perfect pairing for grilled fish, terrine, soft cheeses, and Thai food.
